Applications for 2021 Popcorn Festival Vendors and Parade Entries is officially closed. We hope you're able to join us next year!

 

VALPARAISO EVENTS WELCOMES YOU!  

Valparaiso Events welcomes you to participate in the 42nd Valparaiso Popcorn Festival on Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 9:00a.m.- 6:30p.m CST. 

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN FESTIVAL HOURS TO 9:00AM-6:30PM CST. 

COVID guidelines per Porter County Health Department and/or State of Indiana will be shared with all vendors closer to event date or as necessary. 

Please follow the instructions carefully. Applicants not following directions may have their application deleted and will have to begin again. Do not hesitate to call our office at 219-464-8332 or email us at info@valparaisoevents.com if you have any questions along the way. 

Deadline for Parade Entries is Monday, August 2, 2021. 

 

Application & Registration Instructions. This is a 2 Step Process.

1st Step: APPLICATION & JURIED SELECTION for Vendors & Parade Entries

  • To begin the application process for 2021, click the "JURIED APPLICATION" button.
  • Prices and Rules & Regulations can be found within the application & on our website at https://www.valparaisoevents.com/vendors 
    • Prices are dependent upon the date you officially register & pay, not the date you apply. 
  • After you complete your online application, a member of our team will email you within 10 business days with a reply.
  • If accepted, you will be granted an access code to log back in and continue on to the Registration and Payment process.

2nd Step: ACCEPTANCE, REGISTRATION & PAYMENT for Vendors & Parade Entries

  • 'Login' if you are on this page because you have completed your online application, been accepted, and have been issued an access code for the 2019 Popcorn Fest;
  • Click 'Dashboard';
  • Click 'View Schedule' within the  "2021 Popcorn Fest Application & Registration" box;
  • Click 'Modify Schedule'
  • You will see a screen listing all the vendor prices per each deadline. Click “Close” to continue  
  • Enter Access Code (that you were given in your acceptance email) in the box & and click “Unlock”
  • Vendor & Parade Fees will now become available for you to select.   Verify correct number of booths and price.  Click small checkbox to right of the booth price.
  • Click “Next”
  • Read the Terms & Conditions and type your initials in the box. Click “Agree & Confirm”
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen to reach the Checkout:
    • Select Pay by Credit Card or Pay by Check and enter payment information
